"We had a severe mold issue in our office which is a house built in 1890. The mold was so bad employees were experiencing some issues with sinuses and congestion. We called Pure Maintenance as we found out their focused treatment does not require any demolition.The same day we called, Seth, the Owner came and set up air scrubbers while we were waiting for the exterior of the house to be sealed up by our Contractor. As soon as the outside was sealed up Seth and Charles treated our office. The treatment included the attic, HVAC system the interior of the two office floors and the crawl space under the house, it was an all-day project. We didn't have remove any of our office equipment or furniture. We came back to the office the next day and no employees have any complaints regarding the health issues they had previously been experiencing.
