Dry Fog (Our Patented Technology)

Using positive air pressure, we fill your property with our sterilant, which we condense into tiny particles. This means that rather than condensing on surfaces, it rebounds from surfaces until the entire volume of airspace is filled, and the sterilant is touching every surface, penetrating every porous material, soft furnishing, and void. This creates an uninhabitable environment that mold cannot survive.

Wet Fog or Mist (Other Mold Remediators)

Aside from the costly and time-consuming approach to mold remediation that relies on extensive demolition, disposal and reconstruction, most modern methods employ a ULV spray application (wet fog). As the sterilant is distributed, much of it either condenses on surfaces or the larger droplets burst in the air, resulting in patchy and unpredictable coverage.
